You do not need to separately request self-exclusion from every licensed Australian online or phone wagering provider covered by BetStop.
YOUR ACCOUNT
WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR VICBETCO ACCOUNT?
If you register with BetStop, Vicbetco must apply the applicable self-exclusion restrictions to your account.

you will not be able to use your Vicbetco account to place wagers while the applicable BetStop exclusion is active;
•
Vicbetco must comply with an active BetStop exclusion and cannot simply remove or override the restriction at the customer's request;
•
marketing and promotional communications must be handled in accordance with applicable BetStop requirements;
•
account or funds-related matters will be handled in accordance with applicable wagering rules and regulatory requirements.

BetStop is operated independently of Vicbetco.
